Sport, emotion and authentic hospitality on Lake Garda
For SWITCH GLOBALS 2026, taking place in Torbole from 5 to 12 October, Boutique Hotel Villa Alberta will welcome Polish professional sailor Łukasz Machowski, the ambassador of this special collaboration.
During his stay, Łukasz will share his experience: training sessions, competitions on Lake Garda and moments at Boutique Hotel Villa Alberta, from waking up in his Junior Suite and enjoying breakfast to relaxing after a day on the water.

Who is Łukasz?
Łukasz Machowski is a professional sailor, foiling expert and founder of the Foiling Academy.
He is a Youth World Champion in the Olympic 49er class and Polish Moth Champion. He currently competes internationally in the Switch One Design class.
