• Check-in is available from 2:00 pm to 9:00 pm. For late arrivals, subject to prior arrangement, instructions and a video for self check-in will be sent via WhatsApp. Reception is open daily from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm.

• For late check-out, a room with shower and luggage storage is available
• Bookings can be made online, by email or phone, no credit card required. No deposit is required at the time of booking
• Children from 10 years (our double rooms accommodate max. 2 guests)
• No pets allowed
• Local tax must be paid at the hotel: Adults 1.00 euro per day, children up to 14 years are not obliged to pay the local tax.
• In case of no show or cancellation on the day of arrival, the entire stay will be charged.
• In case of cancellation, the cancellation policy and any applicable fees indicated and accepted at the time of booking will apply.
• Cancellation is possible within 5/7 days before arrival free of charge and without fees.
• Payment: at the hotel the evening before or on the day of departure in the morning
• You can pay the hotel bill in cash or by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard) or ATM. We do not accept cheques.
