General Terms and Conditions

• Check-in is from 2:00 pm to 9:00 pm. For late arrivals, by prior arrangement, we send instructions and a video for self check-in via WhatsApp. Reception is open daily from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm.
• Check-out is by 10:30 am. Late check-out is available at an additional charge and must be requested in advance at reception, subject to availability and confirmation.
• Without an approved late check-out, vacating the room after 11:30 am will incur a €50 penalty.
• A credit card is required to guarantee bookings made online, by email or by phone. Guests without a credit card may provide a booking guarantee by bank transfer instead.
• We welcome children aged 10 and over. Our double rooms accommodate a maximum of 2 guests.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Cancellation conditions vary depending on the dates of your stay and the selected rate. Deadlines and any applicable charges, including those for no-shows, are specified before the booking is confirmed.
• A tourist tax of €2 per person per day is payable at the hotel, subject to applicable exemptions.
• The balance of your stay should preferably be paid at the hotel on the evening before departure or on the morning of departure.
• We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard and Eurocard credit cards, and Bancomat debit cards. Cheques are not accepted.
