General Terms and Conditions

Check-in is from 2:00 pm to 9:00 pm. For late arrivals, by prior arrangement, we send instructions and a video for self check-in via WhatsApp. Reception is open daily from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm.
Check-out is by 10:30 am. Late check-out is available at an additional charge and must be requested in advance at reception, subject to availability and confirmation.
Without an approved late check-out, vacating the room after 11:30 am will incur a €50 penalty.
A credit card is required to guarantee bookings made online, by email or by phone. Guests without a credit card may provide a booking guarantee by bank transfer instead.
We welcome children aged 10 and over. Our double rooms accommodate a maximum of 2 guests.
Pets are not allowed.
Cancellation conditions vary depending on the dates of your stay and the selected rate. Deadlines and any applicable charges, including those for no-shows, are specified before the booking is confirmed.
A tourist tax of €2 per person per day is payable at the hotel, subject to applicable exemptions.
The balance of your stay should preferably be paid at the hotel on the evening before departure or on the morning of departure.
We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard and Eurocard credit cards, and Bancomat debit cards. Cheques are not accepted.
